Utilizing our Sports Performance Centre Facility, which is outstanding amongst gyms in Edmonton, our Edmonton personal trainers will help you advance your softball skills beyond the competition!

Softball, though a team sport, is dominated by one-on-one confrontations between pitcher and hitter, and is not influenced by time as it has “no clock to kill” like most team sports.  These distinctions have created a game that is dominated by the need for MAXIMAL POWER & SPEED.  Hitters need POWER to catch up to 70+ MPH fastballs and the ability to drive them 220+ feet; base runners need SPEED and QUICKNESS to steal bases; position players need AGILITY and POWER for fielding and throwing; and for pitchers THROWING POWER and POWER ENDURANCE to finish the game throwing at high velocities.
